Carolyn Pallett
Carolyn Pallett is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Oklahoma. She was born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, and grew up in Tulsa. Her practice involves using needle and thread, beads and leather to construct handmade clothing, bags and jewelry. Since 2012, she has studied Southeastern Woodlands Native American beadwork with bead artist Martha Berry, a well-known revivalist of Cherokee beadwork and a Cherokee National Treasure, Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
